KITCHEN SEGMENTS – ITB

We design and manufacture individual segments from which kitchen sets can be assembled as you desire and need.

Do you need to position your own grill that you already have? Are you looking for something special? No problem, we will definitely find a solution together. This is an advantage of custom production and moreover, you will  get an original.

The construction frames are made of stainless steel AISI 304, so-called food steel and are welded. The body material can be selected according to the desired decor and the intended use. Laminated boards, which offer a wide range of decors, are sufficient for use indoors or in a roofed area. On the other hand, for permanent outdoor location without roofing and exposed to weather conditions, for corpus we recommend using treated beech wood panels in combination with the cover sheet or the compact boards that we use for work surfaces.

The assemblies are normally equipped with wheels with a diameter of 100 mm with a double ball bearing for easier transport, both within the building, e.g. for moving away the assembly, as well as for longer routes. This makes the assembly ideal e.g. for catering companies.

material cuttingWe have a powerful Bomar gravity belt saw, where the in feed is carried out by the own weight of a massive arm, with the option of a continuous control by throttle valve of the oil damper. We offer a large cutting range of angular cuts from -45 ° to + 60 °. Precise hard metal saw belt guide, the saw head joint mounted in pre-stressed tapered roller bearings, the 27mm high saw blade and the synchronously running brush for sawdust removal guarantee excellent cut. The saw is equipped with a 7-m long roller feeder that allows seamless cutting of even larger semi-products.

Baking sheets and baguette pans

Baking sheets and baguette pans are available in different sizes, with various types of edges and in a variety of thicknesses. Most commonly we supply baking sheets and baguette pans made of AlMg3, AlMn and stainless steel. We also supply perforated baking sheets with a hole size of 2-5 mm, and non-perforated baking sheets. Baking sheets and baguette pans can be coated with several types of non-adhesive surfaces.

Baguette pans

Baguette pans vary in size, number of rows and their course. Baguette pans that we supply feature quality workmanship and long service life. We also offer recovery of the surface of baguette pans, which reduces the cost of purchasing new baguette pans. Below are the specifications of standard baguette pans supplied.

  • We offer baguette pans in a riveted / welded version with sharp / rounded corners on an aluminium frame. The sheet material is AlMg3.
  • Perforation size is 1.8 mm

Stainless work tablesWe offer welded stainless steel work tables for wide use not only in professional kitchens and other gastronomic facilities. Their advantage is high durability and strength.

Stainless work tables have height-adjustable feet and a raised edge for wall mounting on the back. Tables can be fitted with swivel wheels. The table top can be stainless or wooden.

Shelf trolleys and clearing trolleys

Professional clearing and shelf trolleys are made of high quality stainless steel. Thanks to the welded design, the trolleys are strong and have a high load-bearing capacity Each trolley passes through an output control to ensure its quality.

Customers can choose from a design with two or three shelves. Our offer includes also cleaning carts with or without a handle.

Both cleaning trolleys and stack trolleys are equipped with wheels with a diameter of 125 mm with or without brakes, and thanks to the single-screw connection, the wheels easily replaceable. There are 360° swivel wheels resistant to mechanical damage.

Due to their features and the precise manufacturing, our stainless steel trolleys offer a long service life and are ideal for everyday use in hotels, accommodation facilities and other professional establishments.

Serving trolleys with a massive stainless steel construction, are commonly manufactured in the version with two or three shelves. Each trolley shelf has pressed raised profile edges.

The customer can also choose a type with or without a handle. The trolleys are equipped with wheels with a diameter of 125 mm with or without brakes, and thanks to the single-screw connection, the wheels easily replaceable. There are 360° swivel wheels.

Serving trolleys are welded, which ensures high strength and load-bearing capacity. Each trolley passes through an output control to ensure its quality.

Bakery trolleys

Our bakery trolleys are made of high quality stainless steel in a foldable or welded design. We offer a large variety of stacks and a rage of trolleys for different types of ovens. Number of stacks on oven trolleys and on storage trolleys.

Oven trolleys are supplied with wheels with a diameter of 100mm. Storage trolleys are supplied with wheels with a diameter of 100mm or 125 mm. We use high-quality stainless steel and durable long-life wheels. The wheels for oven trolleys are made from material resisting heat up to +280°C and thanks to the single-screw connection, they are easily replaceable.
